Jill Fleming is a Registered Dietitian with her Masters Degree in Nutritional Sciences. She is a dynamic speaker who is passionate about sharing her life-improving, simple lifestyle choices message with the world. On stage and through her book, LOVE YOUR BODY LOVE YOUR LIFE, she has the natural ability to help individuals take control of their health and energy levels. She has been energizing audiences to listen to and love their bodies since 1993.

Jill developed the LOVE YOUR BODY CHOICES program after experiencing a life-transforming event herself.  She gained 40 pounds in just two years. She didn’t feel well. She was always tired, hungry and crabby. She became depressed and discouraged that, although she knew what she should do, she had no motivation or willpower to do it.

Jill slowly started adding a few healthy choices to her life every few weeks. As she began to feel better, she found it was easier to make better choices. Her excess body fat practically melted off. Jill says, “Yes, fitting into my skinny-jeans is nice, but the surge of energy I feel daily is why I continue to make the healthy choices I do.”

Because of her own personal success, she established and led weight loss programs for two hospitals and a fitness center, consulting with thousands of individuals and groups.  Dieting and deprivation are not the key to optimal health, but Love Your Body Choices are.

Jill lives in Wisconsin with her husband and three children. She loves to cook, eat, play tennis, ride a bike, and water ski. Her favorite pastime is reading books while drinking great coffee in bookstores.
